Weekend Jan 11th-12th - whew!~
I made it over the weekend and staying on program. I restarted my journey in WW last Friday. Its not as hard as my mind makes it. Time to stay on track. I am happy to say I did not gain all the weight back from when I started in June of 2012. So even though I gained - I am still ahead of my weightloss and health journey.
What events did I have this weekend:
A regional Premier Designs Jewelry Ralley in Philadelphia. Our lunch was a sandwhich -mine was turkey and cheese. I ate only the bottoms of the roll - why? because it was too much bread. I had my apple from the lunchbox. I had a breakfast granola bar, had apples along to munch on. For Dinner, I had manicotti and escarole soup. I didn't meet my water requirement. That is definitely a challenge when you are travelling. I did have coffee, two 8 oz waters, water at dinner, at wakeup and bedtime.
Success: water, fruits and veggies.
